AT AGENCY LLC ("AT Agency," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://at.agency, submit a form, schedule a call, make a payment, apply to work with us, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our services.

By using our website or providing information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through:

• The AT Agency website and pages that link to this Privacy Policy
• Contact, project inquiry, lead, onboarding, and application forms
• Scheduling, checkout, payment, and client onboarding pages used by AT Agency
• Email, phone, text, video call, and other business communications with us
• Our marketing, advertising, and business development activities

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services that have their own privacy policies.

AT Agency may also design, develop, host, or manage websites for clients. When a client determines how personal information is collected and used through its website, that client is responsible for its own privacy practices, and its privacy policy applies.

2. Personal Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.

Information you provide directly

We may collect:

• Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, company name, job title, and social media or website information
• Project and business information, such as your service interests, goals, project details, budget, timeline, brand materials, files, feedback, and other information you submit
• Scheduling and communication information, including appointment details, messages, correspondence, and records of our interactions
• Transaction and billing information, such as billing name, billing address, payment status, invoice details, purchase history, and related transaction records
• Client onboarding information, including information reasonably needed to set up, deliver, maintain, or support a website or creative project
• Job applicant and contractor information, such as a resume, portfolio, employment history, professional qualifications, availability, and other information provided in connection with work opportunities
• Other information you voluntarily provide to us

Payment card information is generally collected and processed directly by our payment processor. AT Agency does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.

Please do not send us sensitive personal information that we have not requested, such as Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, account passwords, medical information, or complete financial account credentials.

Information collected automatically

When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Browser type, device type, operating system, and language settings
• Approximate location derived from your IP address
• Referring and exit pages
• Pages viewed, visit duration, and traffic sources in aggregate visitor analytics

• Operational cookie identifiers used by hosting, security, and payment services

This information is received through hosting infrastructure, operational cookies, log files, and Lovable's built-in visitor analytics. We do not currently send page views, inquiry events, checkout events, or purchase records to Google Analytics or Google Ads.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our website currently uses the following technologies:

• Essential technologies needed for website operation, security, forms, and core functionality, including hosting and bot protection
• Preference technologies that remember your position when navigating back and forward within a browser tab
• Analytics technologies that help us understand aggregate visits, traffic sources, and website performance through Lovable's built-in visitor analytics. Lovable describes these reports as measuring traffic rather than profiling visitors or following them across separate visits
• Payment technologies from Stripe and its security providers that support checkout, payment methods, and fraud prevention

Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting are disabled. We use Google Search Console to review Google's search reports when available; Search Console does not install a visitor tracking tag on this website. We have not installed Passiro, Cookiebot, or another consent platform, and there is currently no cookie banner or preference center.

Our pages request font files from CDNFonts and images and video from our hosting or media providers, which receive technical request information such as IP address and browser details. The ALYX campaign film uses a YouTube privacy-enhanced player that loads only after you choose to play it. Once loaded, YouTube receives technical information and may use browser storage under its own privacy policy; privacy-enhanced mode does not mean no data is processed. External social and video links open the respective provider's site.

You can control cookies and browser storage through your browser settings and can choose not to load the YouTube player. Blocking necessary security or payment technologies may prevent checkout from working. If we add non-essential tracking, we will update this policy and provide consent or opt-out controls where required; using this website alone is not consent to advertising tracking. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no uniform standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, our website may not respond to them. Where applicable law requires us to recognize a valid opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process it as required.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

• Service providers and contractors that support hosting, website operation, analytics, advertising, scheduling, payments, invoicing, email, communications, customer management, file storage, development, security, professional services, and project delivery
• Project collaborators and production partners when reasonably necessary to plan or deliver requested services

We do not sell personal information for money.

We do not currently send website activity or customer identifiers to Google Analytics or Google Ads for advertising or conversion measurement. Lovable provides aggregate visitor reports, and our hosting, media, font, email, and payment providers receive information needed to provide their services. Third-party media you choose to load is subject to that provider's own privacy practices. You may contact us using the methods below to exercise applicable privacy rights.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16.

6. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider. The payment provider collects and processes payment information according to its own privacy policy and terms. We may receive limited transaction information, such as your name, billing details, payment status, amount, and a transaction identifier, but we do not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment card number.

Stripe checkout uses cookies and similar technologies, including identifiers such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid, together with anti-bot and fraud-prevention services that may include hCaptcha. These support the payment flow you request. Stripe receives payment and device information under its own Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We retain transaction, subscription, and limited invoice records to administer payments; those records are not sent to Google Analytics while reporting is disabled.

7. SMS Privacy and Messaging Terms

Data Sharing

• Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

Messaging Program Terms and Conditions

1. The messaging program may consist of general customer care messages that answer questions and provide customer support, marketing messages that include discount codes or special deals, or messages promoting our products or services, depending on the program or programs you choose to join. We will only send content that you have explicitly agreed to receive through our opt-in process. Messages will be sent from (916) 619-6140.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. If you want to join again, sign up through the original opt-in process and we will resume sending messages to you.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly at info@at.agency.
4. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on communication needs and the program you join. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and contractual requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the nature of our relationship, legal requirements, and operational needs. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you provide information at your own risk.

10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Certain information may be exempt from a request, including information we must retain for legal, security, accounting, or contractual reasons.

You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send non-promotional communications about inquiries, transactions, projects, or our ongoing business relationship.

11. California Privacy Information

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, if it applies to AT Agency's processing activities. AT Agency does not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.

California residents may submit a request using the methods in Section 10. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

California's "Shine the Light" law may allow residents to request information about certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. You may submit such a request by emailing info@at.agency.

12. International Visitors

AT Agency is based in the United States. If you access our website or provide information from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers operate. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from those in your country.
